Refund requests must be raised within the eligible period mentioned at purchase time (if any). Requests outside this period are not guaranteed.
Downloaded digital products, consumed course content beyond reasonable trial limits, and one-time services may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Submit refund requests through official support with purchase details, registered contact information, and reason for request.
Each request is reviewed based on payment records, usage logs, and policy terms applicable at the time of purchase.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Settlement time depends on banks/payment providers and may take several business days.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, service access may be suspended while the case is under review.
